Ingredients:
* 4 eggs
* 2 cups milk
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 100 g melted butter
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
* 3 cups flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or vanilla extract
* Butter or oil for greasing the pan
* Optional: chocolate chips, chopped fruit (such as banana or blueberries)
Instructions:
1. In a blender, such as a Ninja, combine the eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter and vanilla paste/extract.
2. Add the baking powder, flour and salt. Blend the ingredients together until well mixed and smooth.
3. If using, fold in any additional ingredients such as chocolate chips or chopped fruit.
To make Pancakes:
4. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease with butter or oil.
5. Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
6. Serve the pancakes warm, topped with whipped cream and maple syrup.
To make Waffles:
4. Preheat your waffle iron. Grease with butter or oil if needed.
5. Pour the batter in the center of the waffle iron, spreading it out evenly.
6. Close the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve warm, with butter and maple syrup.
To make Gofres :
4. Preheat your Gofre iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Grease with butter or oil if needed.
5. Pour the batter in the center of the Gofre iron, spreading it out evenly.
6. Close the Gofre iron and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve warm, with butter and maple syrup.
Note: Adjust the amount of ingredients according to the number of waffles or gofres you want to prepare.
Also, You can add vanilla extract or vanilla paste, whatever you have. vanilla paste is a good alternative if you dont have extract
Also you can use the same batter and make different variations of breakfast meals.
