Vegan Sago Mango Passionfruit Dessert

🚨EASY VEGAN, DAIRY FREE RECIPE🚨 Sago Mango Passionfruit Dessert🧡🥭✨

Ingredients:

* 1 can coconut cream or coconut water (400 ml)

* 60g sugar-white or palm sugar

* ½ cup tapioca or sago pearls

* 5 cups water

* 1 ½ cups mango puree

* 2 mangoes, cut into little cubes or diced

* 1 cup passion fruit pulp


Instructions:

* In big pot, bring the water to the boil over high heat, then reduce to medium low and cook, stirring, for 20-25 minutes until sago is almost translucent and put it at the side for another half hour. it’s okay if the Sago has a small white dot in the center

* Drain and wash under cold water to remove all the starch.

* in there blender put the mango and blend it with one coconut can and the sugar. That’s the time to Taste if it’s sweet enough for you.

* combine drained sago pearls and coconut/mango sauce In each cup you should put mango puree into the bottom of the glass. Add about half a cup of sago pearls. Top with mango slices and a drizzle of passion fruit pulp. Garnish with mint leaves-optional

* Refrigerate for 2 -3 hours for the flavor to develop.
