Ingredients:
•2 cups sago pearls or tapioca pearls
•500 gr frozen or fresh Cherry berry blend
•1can(225ml) condensed milk
•1 cup Brown sugar
•1 liter water for boiling
•optional for decoration mint leaves and strawberries.
instructions
- Cook sago pearls for 10 minutes and cover it and leave it for 30 minutes until translucent.
- Strain it with sieve, soak in cold water
- Puree the Cherry berry blend combine with sago pearls
- Portion it into glasses, garnish with cubed Cherry berry blend or strawberries like I did.
A few mint leaves for decoration
- Keep in refrigerator before serving
