Ingredients
* 4 tbsp Olive oil
* 500g Ground beef
* 1/2 cup grape juice
* 1 Onion,diced
* 1 garlic clove chopped
* 2-3 carrots grated
* 2 cans dice tomatoes
* 400g/14oz dried spaghetti
* salt and ground pepper
* 1/2 Teaspoon dry oregano
* 2 teaspoon sugar
* Zets of chilly flex
Instructions
1. Heat a large pot over a medium heat. Add the olive oil and once it’s hot add the onions and fry gently for 5-6 minutes, till translucent. Add the ground beef and cook the mince until well browned over a medium hit. Add the carrots cut into cubes , paprika, Salt, Pepper, Orégano, 2 cans tomato sauce, grapes juice, sugar and chili flakes to taste.
2. Stir well then reduce the temperature to simmer gently when the pot is covered for 45 minutes, or until the sauce is thick . Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
3. When the bolognese sauce ready, start cooking the spaghetti, heat a large saucepan of water and add a pinch of salt. Cook according to the packet instructions. Once the spaghetti is cooked through, drain and add the bolognese sauce. Mix well and serve.
