Rice Noodle Recipe


Ingredients:


2 cups of rice

1/2 cup of Friday noodles

1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cups of boiling water

Instructions:


Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the Friday noodles and stir-fry until they are browned.

Add the rice to the pan and stir-fry for an additional minute.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir to combine.

Add 3 cups of boiling water to the pan, making sure to stir everything together.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water has been absorbed.

After 15 minutes, gently mix the rice noodle with a fork, making sure everything is well combined.

Cover the pan again and simmer for another 5 minutes or until the water is fully absorbed.

Once the rice is cooked, remove the pan from heat and let it sit for a few minutes.

Serve the rice noodle dish hot and enjoy!

This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a casual gathering with friends and family. Feel free to add some chili to make it more spicy and delicious.
