Ingredients
* 1 challah bread
* 150g mozzarella cheese or any other cheese you have
* Olive oil
* Ground black pepper
* Chili flex
* 4 spoons pesto sauce
* Fresh Thyme
Instructions:
* Cut the challah bread (using sharp knife)slice into cubes-up to 1/2 inch from the bottom.
* Stuff in between the challah mozzarella cheese, brush the challah with the pesto and spread pepper,chili, thyme or any other spices or cheese you like on the top. A little bit olive oil and roast it in the oven 380F for about 20 minutes till it get golden and crispy on the top.
