Ingredients:
* 3 cups white Basmati rice (I used Costco’s jasmine rice)
* Kosher salt
* 1/4 tsp crumbled saffron threads(it’s the best with saffron but I made mine without it)
* 5 spoons olive oil
* 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
* 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/16-inch thick
* 1 Cup of each herbs chopped (only the leave )fresh minced parsley,cilantro and dill(if you don’t like or don’t have the herbs you can use whatever you want/like/have )
* 1 cup of peas or Lima beans(l used peas)
