Ingredients
* 1 cup packed fresh herb leaves and tender stems, such as parsley, cilantro, basil, dill pr what ever you love
* 1 cup tahini, well-stirred
* 1 medium lemon juiced 1/2 cup water, plus more as needed
* 1 small clove garlic, peeled
* 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed
PREPARATION
Add the tahini with the water ,salt , herb leaves ,lemon ,garlic to the bowl of a food processor then process until a crumbly paste, about 1 minute.
