Dairy-Free Baked Chocolate Donuts🍩🍩


Ingredients:

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* 1/3cup cocoa powder

* 1/4 cup granulated sugar

* 1/4 cup brown sugar

* 1/2 tsp baking powder

* 1/4 tsp baking soda

* 1/4 tsp salt

* 1/2 cup canola oil

* 2 eggs

* 250 mL coconut cream

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the canola oil, egg, coconut cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.

5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a large plastic bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each well about 3/4 full.

6. Bake the donuts for 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.

7. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

8. Once the donuts are cool, you can glaze them with your favorite chocolate glaze or sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
