
Ingredients:
* 1 package lasagna pasta, cooked till soften
* olive oil
* 1 cup grated feta cheese, divided
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* Chili flakes
* ⅓ cup fresh basil, chopped or pesto(I used homemade pesto)
* ¼ cup panko or breadcrumbs
* 1 Pasta sauce, I’m using Rao’s
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
* 1 egg
Instructions:
* Preheat oven to 380˚F
* Cook the lasagna Noodles according to package directions and drain.
* In a bowl mix feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, pesto, egg Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
* Place lasagna noodles in a greased bowl.
* put on each noodle a little bit of the cheese pesto mix, roll them carefully.
* Top each roll with about 1tablespoons Pasta sauce.
* Sprinkle about 4tablespoons panko and a little bit olive oil on each Rose
* Bake for about 25 minutes, until the top of the noodles are golden and crispy.
