Ingredients:
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1 tsp sugar
* 2 tsp active dry yeast
* 3/4 cup water
* 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for brushing and brushing

* 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and set it in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Spread this mixture over the surface of the dough.
7. Use a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass to cut the dough into circles. Place the circles in a greased 9-inch pie pan.
8. Brush the tops of the dough circles with a little bit of olive oil.
