* 10-12 Medium-Large tomatoes –large would be easier to stuff
* Olive oil
* 1 package Couscous
* 1 cup water
* 1 onion chopped
* 1 can Tomato sauce
* Salt& Black pepper to taste
* Parsley & cilantro Whatever you have/like best.
* One spoon tomato paste
* 1 Red pepper& Orange pepper
* 3-4 Green onion
* 1 spoon paprika
* 1 spoon chicken consume powder
* 1/4 chili flakes
* 1/4 teaspoon baharat
instructions
* Preheat the oven to 400 °F
* Cut the tops of the tomatoes off and set them in a bowl. Add the inside of the tomatoes and finely chop it. Set aside.
* Arrange the tomatoes in a baking dish.
* In a skillet over medium heat, Fried chopped onion till golden add the cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add the Tomato sauce, tomato paste and the inside of the tomatoes and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes add the spices and cook it until it get soft
* heat a large pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Cook according to the packet instructions. Once the couscous is cooked through, drain and add: salt, pepper, and olive oil.
* In a slicer cut green onion, parsley, cilantro and peppers (it’s better to pick different colors) mix together with the couscous
* Stuff each tomato with the couscous and spread the tomato sauce over the top of each tomato. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
