Kebab coated with Kadaif noodles

INGREDIENTS


* 1 LB defrost ground beef or vegan meat, such as beyond meat

* ½ cup parsley, chopped or cilantro or both of them

* 1 clove garlic, minced

* 1 teaspoon paprika

* ½ teaspoon cumin

* ⅓ cup bread crumbs

* pinch of salt and ground pepper

* 4 tablespoon olive oil, To spread over the Kebab before baking

* 1 small chopped onion

* 1 cup defrost Kadayif middle


PREPARATION


1. Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add the meat, parsley, garlic, paprika, cumin, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well using your hands.

3. Roll a piece of meat slightly larger than a golf ball in your palm to make it smooth. Poke a stick into it and squeeze until the meat covers about 1/4 of the stick evenly. Roll each one of the Kebab in the Kadayif noodles


4. Bring a large tray covered with cooking Pergament paper. Add kebabs and put a little bit of olive oil on each one of them


5. Bake the kebab for about 10 minutes on two sides until it is evenly browned and cooked through.


6. Serve with a fresh lemony salad and Tahini and you have a super-fancy, delicious, and fun meal!
