Falafel Recipe🥙🙌
* 1/2 kg Chickpeas sock in water overnight (8 hours)
* A bunch of parsley
* A bunch of cilantro
* 6 Garlic cloves
* 1 big onion
* 8 spoons of breadcrumbs
* 1/4 teaspoon of red chili pepper flakes
* 1 flat spoon salt
* 1 spoon cumin
* 1 spoon baking soda
* 1/2 Green jalapeño(without the seeds-optional)
* 3/4 liter canola oil for frying
Instructions:
* Ground in the food processor garlic, onion, cilantro, parsley and half green jalapeño pepper. Add the chickpeas (without the water) and ground everything together.
* Put the mix in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, baking soda, salt and all the other spices. Cover and put in the refrigerator for one hour.
* After an hour, in a medium sized pot, medium flame, heat oil. Then, create ping pong sized falafel balls. When the oil is hot, put the falafel balls in the pot and fry until golden, for about 4 minute. (Do not fry the falafel balls too much, they will dry out! Only until you see that they are brown all around), transfer to a strainer or a plate lined with paper towels.

Fluffy fries
Ingredients:
* 2 potatoes (Red one is the best)
* 1/2 liter canola oil
* 1/2 cup seltzer or cold water
* 1 cup flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 egg
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* Shawarma spices+turmeric (optional)
Instructions:
* Slice the potatoes into thin slices. It is important that they are thin so that the potatoes will be cooked.
*Use a mandolin like I did-please watch your fingers!
* In another bowl mix all the other ingredients-egg, baking powder, flour, water, salt and pepper.
* Hit the oil on medium high heat, fry the potatoes and flip them when they became golden on one side. Take them out and put them on paper towel.
